Change #Teaching

Technology is a powerful tool for unlocking the power of the people.  More and more we see it being used to change our world and expose injustice, and many villains fear its ability to topple the wobbly house of cards on which they stand and expose them for what they truly are.  Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr; examples of catalysts which in the hands of humanity can become a weapon for social change - both for good and for evil.  Yet those who would use it for a bad end can as easily see it turned on them, culminating in their rapid demise.

So how do you employ technology in your teaching so as to empower students to change their world?  To seek out injustice and deliver justice.  For surely if there is one thing we must teach them, it is how to stand up for themselves in a world gone crazy, and -- perhaps more importantly -- stand up for those who are unable to stand up for themselves.
